Refurbishment of toilet facilities, ladies and Gents, at the Barn (Village Hall), Baston

The toilet facilities within the Barn have remained primarily unchanged since the 1970s and are in desperate need for total refurbishment.
These refurbishment aims include gutting both facilities prior to the installation of new plumbing and electrics, sanitary ware with water efficient dual flush buttons and push button basin taps. Energy saving LED lights with PIR sensors and air dryers. New wall tiles and non-slip floor tiles. Install new MFC cubicle partitions and doors. Also a baby changing station in the female facilities, currently not available. Thus providing decent comfortable and modern toilet facilities and reducing water and energy wastage.
