Toilets: replace sanitary fittings to 4 toilets adding a urinal and 4 electric hand dryers and 4 wash basins, plaster,redecoration and floor coverings. Kitchen:reconfigure work surfaces and shelving wall tiling and decorating. Internal redecoration:main passageways and entrance lobbies. External:repair sanctuary window frames and replace fascia and soffites with UPVC revarnish remaining window frames.
