Projects / Refurbishment of Trinity Church Building Community Space

Refurbishment of Trinity Church Building Community Space

The Project involves addressing damage due to ingress of water in the community rooms at the rear of Trinity Methodist / UR Church, Old Skelmersdale. This space houses one large meeting room, a smaller space, a small kitchen, and two toilets. The recent installation of an internal new boiler has assisted the drying out of these rooms. The proposed work is to put a damp course into the back wall; remove and replace plaster around walls in small room, kitchen and toilets; repair roof over toilets where water has infiltrated; remove and replace rotted window frames; redecorate all those internal areas; and make good the small external space that gave accessibility to the old external central heating boiler.
