Refurbishment of Washrooms

The men's washrooms are in need of refurbishment as they are in constant use 365days a year and have not been refurbished for many years. In doing so it is an opportunity to construct a wet room for two communal shower areas together with grab rails, installing new wall panel boards and anti-slip flooring. This will give equal opportunity for people with physical disabilities to avail themselves of the showers . Removing the existing shower trays and enclosures, and replacing these with 2 communal wet room areas, installing new wall panels, grab rails, anti-slip flooring and surface mounted showers.
