Refurbishment of Wiston, Clarbeston & Walton East Memorial Hall

Following an energy audit it was decided that the Hall would benefit from cavity wall insultaton together with the asociated external plastering and painting. Also an air source heat pump in the playgroup room in order to reduce heating costs. Replace tarmac at the entrance to the Hall to improve access and repair the road wall.
