Refurbishment of Wray Village Institute

Extension and refurbishment of village hall to improve access for all, general amenties and storage; provide new toilets (including disabled) kitchen and a new consulting room for medical practitioners. No LCF monies will be used in connection to work undertaken on the medical practitioners facilities.
