Refurbishment/Replacement of Windows, Shutters and Doors in Lounge Bar, Haydock Cricket Club

This is a Project to refurbish and/or replace the windows, doors and shutters of the Lounge Bar, to construct a new outbuilding for use as storage (replacing steel containers) and to refurbish the showers at Haydock Cricket Club. A projector will also be purchased for community use. The club has been in existence for 14 years and provides a safe, family orientated environment. The project would make the facility more aesthetically pleasing, whilst also increasing security and comfort for all users.

The club is open seven days a week. It runs five junior cricket teams with fully qualified coaches, giving young people a sense of belonging to a team, thus bringing them in off street corners. The club is also a base for The Women’s Club (Haydock Branch), Haydock Football Club, a Rounders team, three Bowls Teams, two senior cricket teams, darts and dominoes.
