Refurbishment Works to Richard Evans Centre, Valley Brass Band, Haydock, St Helens

This is a project to make roof repairs to a disabled toilet and a flat roof at the Richard Evans Centre in Haydock, thus improving the facilities and securing the integrity of the building, benefitting all users and groups and therefore the local community.
