Removal of the Spoil Heap on the Dramway

After excavations that took place in the 1970s approximately 100 tonnes of spoil was left on top of the old dramway (dating from 1830) leading away from Ram Hill Colliery. This project will (i) move by mini digger this spoil from the dramway to that part of the site near an access road (ii) load the spoil onto a lorry for disposal at an exempt landfill site.
