Renewing our heating and lighting systems

Funding is requested to replace the heating and lighting within the facility. The current heating system is over 20 years old and has recently broken down. The building is at present being heated as required by way of portable electric radiators which are inefficient and costly to run. The strip lighting system dates back to the 1970s. It is also inefficient and costly to operate. The lights are harsh and flicker.
