Renewing the roof to improve drainage

Erection of edge protection handrail to all edges of flat roof, to provide safe working access for operatives working on roof.
Strip off all existing felt, decking boards and fascia boards to full flat roof section.Fit new 18mm OSB roof decking boards to full area of roof. Fit 2 new widened rainwater outlets into existing gulley. Apply 2 lays of high performance underlay and 1 lay of high performance top coat mineral felt to full area, rolled on hot bitumen. Apply new upstand flashings and drips to all abutments and roof edges. Fit new Dark Grey UPVC fascia boards to all elevations of flat roof sections. Remove edge protection and all debris from site
