Renovate Exterior of Water Tower

Appoint a professional Project Manager (as required by Historic Scotland) to arrange the services of a suitably qualified organisation to remove crumbling cement render from the exterior of the water tower, prepare masonry substrate, apply traditional lime mortor, and finish with the appropriate paints. All work to be completed to the satisfaction of Historic Scotland.
