Renovation of St Theodore Parish Hall

The Parish Hall was built in the early 1890s to develop the community before the Church was built in 1897. The Youth Centre has now been completed but a local arts centre was closed by the Council. The Parish Hall which is open to the whole community is in need of renovation. A Big Lottery Grant of over £250,000 has been secured and through their own efforts have secured donations of over £57,000. A shortfall of nearly £60,000 remains and a landfill tax contribution of £50,000 is proposed. The building although generally sound needs improving and modernisation.
