Renovation of Victory Hall,Chinley

This project is for the renovation of Victory Hall, Chinley including remodelling of the basement area to incorporate flood prevention measures to the interior and exterior, installation of new toilet and shower facilities to the basement, relocation and installation of new kitchen facilities on the ground floor, installation of ambulant disabled toilet with integral shower on the ground floor and introduction of a heat retaining lobby area.
