Repaint Exterior of the Heritage Centre

The Fremington Quay Heritage Centre sits on the bank of the River Taw estuary and receives a lot of wet weather coming off of the sea and the estuary. This has resulted in much of the paintwork and walls flaking and we'd like to get this rubbed down, treated and repainted before the woodwork and the walls deteriorate. The site attracts a large number of visitors who use the Tarka Trail which runs past the centre. We'd like to get the work done as soon as possible, however there will be weather related restrictions during the winter and it is quite likely that the work may not commence until the Spring of 2026, hence a completion date in the middle of next year.
