Repair

The damage to the outer wall was caused by the roof guttering coming down last winter with the weight of snow. This caused water to run down the outer wall and loosening the pointing in one section of the wall. This led to damage to the plaster inside. The guttering was all replaced last summer and the cause has been cured.
