Repair and Refurbishment, Bolton Road

The project is the first phase of a major project of repair and refurbishment. This will include a total rewire of the building with provison of fire safety measures and improvement to the elecrical supply; minor building owrks and improvement to the Gents toilet and kitchen facilities.
