To remove disintegrating false ceiling, exposing original oak timbers, tinstalling thermal insulation to roof. Replacement of slates and other roofing materials as required. Treat & replace timbers as necessary. Renew wiring to enable the installation of energy efficient controls. Replace 4 windows & two doors with double glazed units.
