REPAIRS AND IMPROVEMENTS TO A NEWLY-PURCHASED QUENINGTON VILLAGE HALL

The community of Quenington is purchasing a new building to replace our old village hall. It is more suitable in terms of space, location and facilities, but requires some repairs and improvements to bring it up to modern standards and maximise its potential. Our priorities will be to make this building safe in line with legal requirements, including electrical work, removal of asbestos, minor building repairs and fire safety measures. We also aim to improve the facilities by adding an additional toilet, and increase the energy efficiency of the building with more insulation, improved lighting and solar panels.
