Repairs to Oughtrington Community Centre Roof

OCC is looking for funding towards the replacement of the main roof. It is thought the roof has been replaced once since the centre was first built in 1872. The roof has noticeably deteriorated particularly because of the snow and protracted cold weather last winter. This has precipitated an urgent need to replace it. The roof is rosemary tiles with integral guttering, the design of which has caused some water ingress during the year.
