Repairs to Tower Roof and Underside of Bell Chamber Ceiling

The prevention of concrete pieces falling from the underside of the bell chamber ceiling and damaging the bell ringing mechanism. This to be done by repairing the tower roof (the slab asphelt fillets and repointing internal parapet walls) this is to be followed by repairs to bell tower ceiling.
