Replace Astro Hockey Pitch Floodlights

To replace the floodlights on the Astro hockey pitch. The existing lights are 12 years old and frequently require maintenance; they are not cost-effective anymore. They have reached the end of their useful life. Floodlights are required by the hockey leagues in which Eastbourne Hockey Club plays. The pitch is used extensively by local schools and clubs for training and practice, as well as by the men's, ladies, youth and mixed XIs of Eastbourne Hockey Club.
