Replace floodlights on main all weather pitch

The existing floodlights on the main all weather pitch are halogen, they are dated and very expensive to run, they urgently need replacing with new LED lighting and columns. With the rising costs of electric which has highlighted the importance of upgrading the lights sooner rather than later.
