Replace Gosforth Garden Village Association Pavilion.

Gosforth Garden Village Association Pavilion was build in 1929 and has supported community activities for over 80 years. The timber building is now at the end of its useful life and no longer fit for purpose.

The aim of the project is to replace this pavilion with a new community building with improved toilets, kitchen and storage facilities, to support the various user groups and activities undertaken. It is a requirement that the replacement building will be environmentally sustainable and energy efficient.
