Replace the Toilet St Swithun’s Church Car Park

Replace the toilet at St Swithun’s Church. The village has a community of all ages who can’t attend the many events the church organises (both religious and otherwise) because of the lack of facilities. The Portaloo has provided a temporary solution but has outlived its purpose. It is open to the elements (the door has a large gap at the bottom) and gets very smelly and unhygienic in hot weather. It is inaccessible to anyone in a wheelchair or with limited mobility.
