Replacement Cricket Nets

Funding is required to replace our static practice nets, which are now 13 years old and well past their recommended safety life. They are now very difficult to use due to the broken service, leading to unusual and unpredictable bounce. Nets are essential to the practices and development of players of all ages. Without new nets, the club will not be able to maintain its current numbers due to safety issues, nor develop the skills of its current / fixture membership. Without this facility we may also risk losing the club’s ‘clubmark’ status.
