Replacement of 29 Year Old Weather Proof Roof Membrane above the Edgson Room

The flat roof above approx 45% of our building which is over 29 years old, urgently requires replacing as it is leaking very badly in many places. During the past two years we have constantly tried to repair the many leaks, but unfortunately the rubber membrane is beyond repair. The leaks are so many now it is starting to affect our electrical equipment and soon we will not be able to continue using this area for our charitable events and meetings.
