Replacement of Boiler for Heating System & Purchase of Grit/Salt Spreader & Cleaning Trolley

The heating system needs to be more heat efficient to, hopefully, save some of the expense of having it in use so much. The purchase of a new boiler should achieve this. The Centre is used by many disabled clients and the ramp that makes easy access has a slope that needs gritting when the weather is frosty. The grit/salt spreader would make this job much easier and avoid accidents and in turn enable us to keep the Centre open even in bad weather. The trolley is needed to make the cleaning of the Centre easier and less time consuming for the cleaner.
