Replacement of central heating boilers.

We need to replace our 2 35 year old energy inefficient and polluting gas boilers, with 2 new environmentally efficient boilers. The existing boilers are unreliable , threatening our ability to operate for the local community during the winter months, and are expensive to run, being only 60/65% efficient; the replacement boilers will meet the required minimum 84% efficiency rating, and will have far lower emissions. As we are a charity with continual cash flow challenges, we also anticipate substantial savings on our annual energy costs once the new boilers are operating.
