replacement of Kitchen, Hall and passage flooring

our community church building is 34 years old . the build serves many community user groups in our village/estate area. over the years many groups have hired the premises at very reasonable charges. today the kitchen is very old and the carpet in the hall is over 22 years old ,it is industrial and not fit for today’s use. by scouts. tots group,dance classes,indoor games with Friday club. The passages to are well worn. Our user groups require an easily cleanable surface and non slip flooring.
The Kitchen is kept clean and hygienic, however it needs replacing with modern appliances and good storage and lighting as well as good clean work surfaces.it is well used by all the groups.
