replacement of kitchen,Hall and passage flooring

our community church building is 34years old, we are a mission church and part of the Parish of Whittle le Woods, the Building was built so the rooms could be used by all our community in our village ?estate.Over the years many groups have hired at very reasonable charges. Today the Kitchen is over 25 years old and the carpet in the Hall is over 22 years old and both well used.
the carpet is an industrial typ[e ,not suitable for todays purpose, scouts tots group indoor games, dance classes etc.the kitchen needs to be replace with modern appliances and work surfaces easy to maintain and safe.
