Replacement of Leaking Roof and Restructure of the Interior Space to Make More Room for Activities

The existing roof is asbestos and leaks during bad weather. This means equipment has to be protected which cuts cuts into teaching time. The existing roof also has A frames supporting the roof which cuts into the space available for gymnastics. The floor area is also distorted by a large storage cupboard which has meant that we have not been able to install our horizontal bar. The project work will enable us to run larger classes or two classes in parallel, increasing the range of equipment available and will enable us to perform height work in our Acrobatics routines. It will also protect and prolong the life of our equipment.
