Replacement of Sports Pavilion at Chipstead Recreation Ground

This project is to build a new, modern sports pavilion on Chipstead Recreation Ground, replacing the existing delapidated wooden structure. It will include two changing rooms with showers, drying off area and toilets, two officials changing rooms, disabled access throughout and a small social area/club room.
