Replacement of Tennis Court Floodlights

The current floodlights are of the retractable design which means they are shorter and have substantially smaller light boxes than usual tennis court floodlights. These are very uncommon because they provide very low power output.

Our floodlights no longer work so we are looking to replace these existing floodlights with tennis court specific floodlights that provide excellent court lighting but very low light spread to non-playing areas.

This will allow us to offer tennis to the community for 12 months a year (rather than April – September as current), which will in turn enable us to establish a permanent coach (who understandably needs to work all year round).

This is crucial to us establishing a junior coaching programme which will take the club on to the next level and ultimately achieve Tennis Mark status.
