Replacement of unreliable hot air heaters

Funding is requested to replace an unreliable heating system which is 30 years old. The automatic controls broke down some time ago and parts are no longer available. The existing ducts and gas connections are in good order and can be reused. In addition, the flue is sited too close to a door and does not meet current regulatory standards. The emissions can be blown back into the building and the pilot light goes out in windy weather. It is intended to replace the flue during this project hence the need for minor masonry work.
