Replacement of Worn Tennis Court Surface (four courts) with New Synthetic Surface

To replace the current court surface which is rapidly reaching the end of serviceable life with a new tufted sand-filled synthetic grass carpet. To liaise appropriately with partner funders to bring about sufficient finance. To liaise with the the umbrella organisation, Tennis Scotland, with Fife Council and with local residents to seek appropriate advice and permissions. To appoint and approved contractor and complete the project within timescale As a consequence, increase membership and promote further use of the facility by local schools and the local community.
