Replacement Play Equipment at the Cabrera Avenue Play Area, Virginia

The Cabrera Avenue Play Area is located in the centre of a large residential area of Virginia Water. Although well used the equipment is now out of date and offers limited play opportunities. The uneven surfacing is also in need of replacement.
This project seeks funding to install a range of more challenging and varied play equipment catering for a wide age group, including climbing frames, swings and see saw. Provision of wet pour safety surfacing and replacement fencing is included within the scope of the scheme.
There is strong community support for the scheme.
