Replacing the Heating and Improving the Toilet Facilities at The Cave

The Cave is a 1960s youth centre. There have been various refurbishments over the years resulting in a state of the art recording studio and a professional standard dance studio, however the heating system is as old as the building and last year it stopped functioning completely. The toilets are in dire need of improvements as they are broken, the floor, fixtures and fittings are outdated, broken and are unsightly. In order to make the building fit for purpose and also attract further business we need to improve the basics; toilets and heating.
