Repointing of Richard Evans Centre, Valley Brass Band, Haydock

This is a project to make repairs to the whole sidewall of the centre facing School Street. This would be used to improve the facilities and secure the integrity of the main hall of The Richard Evans Centre, benefiting all users and groups and, therefore, the local community.
