Reshape and Refurbish the Cricket Pavilion

The pavilion was built in 1958 and whilst it is a solid building the interior is in great need of remodelling and updating. It requires modification so that it conforms to modern standards as laid down by the English Cricket Board. This involves providing disabled access and toilet, a female toilet, an umpires room as well as a kitchenette. The plumbing and electric wiring are 60 years old and need to be replaced.
