Rest and Relaxation at the Avenue

Project aim is to provide an area where people can take rest and relax whilst enjoying the natural environment but without fear of disrupting other site users such as those within observation screens. We plan to install seating made of natural stone blocks which will have less of a visual impact inside a nature reserve. The area will be located on a dismantled railway line which means it will not use up any wildlife real estate and, being on higher ground, commands good views of the reserve. Picnicking can be enjoyed by larger groups of visitors and with more freedom as it is away from the sensitive wildlife areas.
