Restoration of Clubhouse Roof

The project is required to replace the roof on the existing clubhouse of Gateshead Fell Cricket Club. The current roof has two flat sections and one sloping section. All sections are of wooden construction with roofing felt covering. The covering is failing in several locations, particularly on the flat sections, as is in urgent need of repair. The repair is required to secure the structural integrity of the existing building.

Funds will be used to carry out all work required to replace the failing clubhouse roof. A professional roofing company will be chosen and will provide a fully costed proposal. All subsequent works will be completed by the chosen company and the new roofing membrane will be guaranteed, expected to be a minimum of 20 years, as per the manufacturer’s specification.
