Restoration of Goswell Brook valley mire and associated path improvement in area of ancient semi-natural woodland, Hartord Wood, Beaulieu.

The two main aims are: 1. Increase the extent and quality of four BAP habitats (including acid bog and humid heath)by removal and treatment of invasive Rhododendron ponticum.
2. To maintain the conservation and educational value of an area of adjacent ancient semi-natural woodland reducing the impact of visitors numbers by sensitive repairs and improvements to a woodland path network.
