Restoration of limestone grassland in Stenders Quarry

To revert the colonisation of heavy scrub in a SSSI quarry and enable limestone grassland to thrive in the sheltered position. Expand the opportunities for scrub-loving birds and butterflies amongst this grassland and manage scrub as a beneficial margin habitat that is rotationally coppiced. Make suitable conversions to 100m length of horizontal quarry tunnel for improvement as physically protected bat habitat.
