Restoration of Natural Pond within Leigh’s Wood Nature Reserve

This pond currently suffers from massive overgrowth of plant matter, due to insufficient depth of water. The project aims to de-silt the pond, using specialist heavy plant equipment, exposing a wider expanse of water, which will result in an enhanced natural environment for the benefit of wildlife biodiversity.
