Restoration of Oaks Storer Hall

The wooden building is suffering from the deterioration of a brick supporting wall. This has been caused by an inadequate drainage system that has caused unseen flooding to the footings on one side of the building. A structural survey has shown the extent of the damage and need for repair without which, the area will only deteriorate more causing the building to become unsuitable for public use. The rest of the building is in good repair.
