Restoration of Old Information Centre Room

Wokingham Town Hall is a Grade 2* listed building lying within a conservation area. The project room has for many years been used as an Information Centre which has now been relocated. It is the intention to refurbish the room to its former Victorian glory with such things as the fireplace re-instated, the oak floor refurbished and original mouldings and ceiling restored. This will bring it up to the same standard as the rest of the Town Hall which enjoys a wonderful Main Hall, Council Chamber and Annexe with war memorial.
