Restoration of Roffey Cricket Club Pavilion Roof

The project covers the renovation and refurbishment of the Roffey Cricket Club pavilion roof. The roof is constructed of metal interlocking fabricated cladding, which has a pitch of approximately 45 degrees. Over the recent years the roof has been in a state of decay and the there are a number of areas of rust now appearing in a number of areas of the roof. A professional contractor will be engaged to carry out the contracted work and this will include the inspection, cleaning and repair of all fixings on the roof; the application of a roof primer; two applications of SCL Durathane Coating System. The material has a very high performance, long term exterior protection. The product is flexible, durable, long-lasting waterproof protection.
