Restoration of Ross’ Monument

The Ross Monument a grade A listed monument constructed in granite and situated outside Rostrevor, in an impressive location overlooking Carlingford Lough. The council wish to undertake improvements to the monument and site to provide a recreational facility / tourist attraction on this location. The council also wish to see the site landscaped to provide an amenity area to service the community and visiting tourists.
