Restoration of Sunnyfield House Community Centre

To complete phase 2 of repairs to Sunnyfield House as follows: Fitting of wall grilles to provide under floor ventilation to west elevation. Re - rendering facades to north and east elevations and minor crack repairs to solve ingress of penetrating damp. Modification of fire escape including relocation of ' knee' braces to move clear of the venetian window. Investigate and cure dampness at low level in external wall to north and east elevations of the east wing. Internal re - plastering and decoration following resolution of damp penetration issues. Overhauling and repairs doors, sash windows and surrounds within the rendered sections.
